  3. Shipping Times: We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can delay delivery.
     

  4. Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. Please note that not all shipping methods may be available for all orders.

Return Policy:

At Ahmad Shariff Art Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please see below for our return policy:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must have proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
     

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your artwork and arrange for a refund or exchange.
     

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the artwork arrived damaged or defective. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.
     

  4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned artwork and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
     

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. We will ship the new artwork to you once we receive your original artwork.
     

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable, such as custom or personalized artwork. We will inform you if your purchase is non-returnable at the time of purchase.
