Part of the ongoing Drinkers of the Wind series, Black Horse gallops through abstraction, storm, and silence, a creature not merely of flesh, but of memory, exile, and endurance. This horse is bowed but unbroken, as if listening to the earth beneath it, bearing the weight of ancient roads and forgotten battles. The sky swirls above in feverish strokes, while colors of fire and dust mark the landscape of a journey still unfolding. It is not just a horse. It is every companion who ran beside us through war, through migration, through dreams, a soul in motion, forever drinking the wind that dares to face it.
