President, celebrity—JFK is one of the most examined figures of the post-WWII era. I’m drawn to the myth surrounding him and the Kennedy family, including the silly, even trivial episodes. What fascinates me most are the people who engage with these stories, fully aware of their absurdity, yet still finding meaning in them.
